How long does it take for my package to be shipped?
With a normal letterbox package, we aim for a shipping time of 1 to 2 working days. This means that we prepare and mail your package within 1 to 2 working days. Usually it takes about 1 to 3 days after shipment until the package is delivered.

Have you chosen a letterbox package with Track and Trace? Then we aim for a shipping time of 1 working day. This means that we prepare and mail your package within 1 working day. Usually it takes about 1 day after shipment until the package is delivered.

When will my package be delivered? Your package will be delivered as soon as possible, as you are used to from us. Keep an eye on the track & trace information for the most current delivery information. Have you chosen a letterbox package without Track and Trace? After shipment, it will usually take one working day before your package will be delivered to you.

Which shipping options can I choose? If you choose a normal letterbox package, it will be delivered via a PostNL letterbox. Would you rather follow your package via Track and Trace? Then we send the package via DHL.

What are the shipping costs? For a normal letterbox package without Track and Trace you pay no shipping costs. For a package with Track and Trace you pay €3.95 in shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands. Orders outside the Netherlands will pay shipping costs of €2,95 for a normal letterbox and €9,95 for a package with Track and Trace.

Can I change my address? Unfortunately, our system can no longer make changes to orders once they have been placed. We would therefore like to emphasize that you always check whether you have entered the correct personal details before you finalize your order. Do you have any questions about this? Please contact customer service and have your order number and address at hand.

My package has not yet been delivered, what now? It is possible that your package has been delayed by the carrier. Have you chosen a package with Track and Trace? Then we advise you to first check the track & trace code. This indicates the status of the delivery. If you have chosen a letterbox package, you will not have received a track & trace code. The delivery of a letterbox package can often take a little longer and these are not delivered on Sunday and Monday. Do you feel it takes too long? Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service!

Returns

What is the return period? At Elvie The Label you have the option to return your order within 14 working days after the delivery date. Make sure you return the products unworn and undamaged. Please keep your return receipt until we have processed it.

How do I return a product? If you want to return an item, you must request a return form by email. For this you can email to info@elviethelabel.com. Mention the product you want to return + your order number. We will send you a return form with a short instruction within 24 hours.

The steps you need to follow are described below:

- STEP 1: Send an email to info@elviethelabel.comincluding the reason for return, your order number and your name. We will then send you a return form within 24 hours. Print the form and fill it in.

- STEP 2: Pack the items in the original packaging (undamaged and unworn). 

- STEP 3: Note the return address on the package: Rembrandtlaan 184, 2251HD Voorschoten Netherlands

- STEP 4: Return the package within 14 working days. Keep the Track and Trace code safe!

-STEP 5: We process your return within 14 days of receipt. The return costs are for your own account.

Note: always send your package with Track and Trace. This way you are assured that the package arrives safely with us.

Return conditions

* Returns are only possible within the stated return period of 14 days.

* Both the costs and the risk of shipping are for your own account when returning.

* We only accept returns if they are returned in their original condition, including labels & packaging. Damaged and/or used items will be refused and returned.

* Unidentifiable returns are stored at our head office for a maximum of 1 month. The customer can report via customer service. After this period, the package will be processed through our own administration and it is no longer possible to correspond about this.

* Without a Track and Trace code, no investigation can be started into missing returns. So keep in mind that proof of shipment with a Track & Trace code is a requirement to initiate an investigation, if this is missing this is not possible.

* Is your order incorrect? We will solve this for you as soon as possible! Please contact info@elviethelabel.com. Clearly state your name, order number and the items concerned.

Within what period will my return be processed? Once we receive your return, it will take a maximum of 14 working days to process it. Within this period, the amount already paid will be refunded to your account.

Can I exchange my items? Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange an item. Do you want a different size or color? Then you can place a new order yourself.
